SASA SECRETS - SPECialised hand Massage

I am Shirin, founder and owner of SaSa Secrets.

I started this journey while caring for my late mother. Through it, I discovered new, healthier and more natural ways to ease her pains - and realised these methods could be applied to many more people in need.

Now building upon these foundations through continued practice and study, I seek to help others who are struggling and suffering with common issues such as sensitive skin, stress and anxiety, and giving special attention to mothers-to-be with the likes of peer support and holistic infant care.

For the past few years, I have also been learning aromatherapy to bolster my skills in helping others. Through the use of essential and herbal oils, I offer hand massages to relieve stress and anxiety. I curate and produce my own oil blends to aid my work and am particularly keen on working with people suffering from emotional trauma and those who need a more personal approach to improving their mental health.

I currently work with corporate clients and community centres, and enjoy supporting my local area by volunteering my services for various charity events.
