All sessions run on a turn up, no booking necessary basis. Last year this worked fine and none of the sessions were too full. If more people turn up than we can fit in, we would have to do a first come, first served policy but hopefully that wont happen.

Sound Baths are meditative experiences where you are
immersed in the sounds of the voice and resonating
instruments. Their vibrations help you create a deep
sense of relaxation releasing blocked energies and
restoring your energies.
Please bring a yoga mat or something to relax on and
a blanket and cushion and just surrender to the sounds.
You will come out feeling anew.
ALKALINE LIFESTYLE WORKSHOP
(Ekong) SUNDAY 11th JUNE 1-4PM
EKONG the founder of EAT TO LIVE NOT TO DIE.com will
be teaching you about the alkaline lifestyle and its benefits.
The alkaline lifestyle focuses on returning back to nature
by doing our best to eat the foods that are indigenous
to the planet. Based on Dr Sebi’s teachings EKONG will
show you how to heal yourself on a cellular level and
bring inner peace and good health.
The workshop will be for 2 hours and then there will be
an hour for Q&A.

The five ear points:
1. Sympathetic - calms the nervous system and relaxes.
2. Shen Men ‘Spirit Gate’ - calms anxiety and nerves
3. Kidney Point - Calms fears and heals internal organs.
4. Liver Point - Detox point also calms aggression.
5. Lung Point - Helps clients to breathe and let go of grief.
This treatment is most suited to group settings. A NADA
Practioner will insert up to five needles in each ear for up
to 45 minutes while clients sit in a relaxed atmosphere.
The treatment is simple and effective. There is no intake
no need to talk of past experiences. lndividuals simply
come in and experience the benefits of the acupuncture.

Stretch and realign is a wonderful class designed to
help improve mobility and flexibility in our bodies.
It's a gentle way to learn how to manage and prevent
aches and pains through a holistic approach to the body.
These sessions are designed to help stretch tight muscles
that could be affecting your posture breath and causing
injuries in other areas in the body. In each session we will
learn about different muscles and their connection to
pressure point release to help bring more blood fluids
and pulse to the area we work on.

Dina is a Clinical Massage Therapist with over 23 yrs
experience in helping people in chronic pain. Using a
variety of techniques she can help with all kinds of pain

pain and increase range of movement using simple
techniques that are tried and tested.

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound.
A wonderful experience of relaxation and connecting
with the self. The sound of the gong allows you to totally
relax release unwanted emotions naturally taking you
to a meditative state through its powerful & healing
vibrations. The session will begin with a short gentle
guided meditation and onto the Gong Sound Bath.
Bring a yoga mat or something to relax on warm

BREATHING MEDITATION FOR
BETTER HEALTH & WELLBEING

Learn the art of breathing properly which will help
to calm and clear your mind and soothe your nervous
system. Effective breathing is essential to aid better
sleep clear mental fog reduce stress improves digestion
and helps to strengthen our immune system and much
more! In addition when you can breathe correctly
energy levels will naturally increase with more stamina
and vitality.
Over these few weeks HueLan Tracy will guide you
through correct breathing and mindfulness meditation.
Mindfulness meditation will help to understand how
our minds work and assist us in dealing with fear
worry anxiety and other self-sabotaging behaviours.
The class is suitable for beginners to advanced.

These sessions are devised to give you a good stretch
and allow yourself to be playful. Classes will include
Yoga & Pilates techniques breathing exercises games
and relaxation.

VENTURE CENTRE:
CLINICAL PILATES (for BEGINNERS)

Justina is a certified Physiotherapist and as part of her
practice teaches Clinical Pilates.
Pilates improves flexibility builds strength and develops
control and endurance in the entire body. The movements
are centred around core engagement and breathing
techniques whilst doing performing functional strength
exercises.
The class is a tailored programme suitable for all levels
of health and fitness. If you attend regularly you can
expect to improve back and joint pain strengthen your
posture and develop a strong core.
