REIKI

Daniel is a qualified Reiki teacher, having learned the original practice of Jikiden Reiki in Kyoto under Tadao Yamaguchi Sensei, himself only three stages removed from founder Mikao Usui Sensei.  

In line with the Japanese teaching of Reiki, a session involves placing the hands on areas that are in need of healing, typically the head and back of the body.  Listening to gentle music, the client generally falls into a deep state of relaxation within minutes as the energy of the Universe transmits life and energy into the receiver via the practitioner.  

Guided by the principles of the Gokai (Live in the moment, don't be angry, don't be worried, be grateful, give your best, be kind to others) we feel rejuvenated as we awaken.  Reiki can induce a deep inner connection, free of judgement, as we learn to let go of external strains.
