Classes are all FREE and will take place at

At some venues spaces are limited so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Spaces will be filled on a first come first served basis.
You can attend as many or as few sessions as you like - a whole course or just mix them up! It's up to you.

GONG BATH (Hana Winter)

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound.
A wonderful experience of relaxation and connecting with the self. The sound of the gong allows you to totally relax release unwanted emotions naturally taking you to a meditative state through its powerful & healing vibrations. The session will begin with a short gentle guided meditation and onto the Gong Sound Bath.
Bring a mat blanket & warm comfortable clothing a cushion if you like and get ready to feel beautifully relaxed.
ALKALINE LIFESTYLE WORKSHOP (Ekong)

EKONG the founder of EAT TO LIVE NOT TO DIE.com will be teaching you about the alkaline lifestyle and its benefits. The alkaline lifestyle focuses on returning back to nature by doing our best to eat the foods that are indigenous to the planet. Based on DrSebi’s teachings EKONG will show you how to heal yourself on a cellular level and bring inner peace and good health.
The workshop will be for 2 hours and then there will be an hour for Q&A

AcuDetox EAR ACUPUNCTURE USING THE 5 POINT NADA PROTOCOL (Nadia Faucher)

The five ear points:
1. Sympathetic - calms the nervous system and relaxes.
2. Shen Men ‘Spirit Gate’ - calms anxiety and nerves
3. Kidney Point - Calms fears and heals internal organs.
4. Liver Point - Detox point also calms aggression.
5. Lung Point - Helps clients to breathe and let go of grief.
This treatment is most suited to group settings. A NADA Practioner will insert up to five needles in each ear for up to 45 minutes while clients sit in a relaxed atmosphere.
The treatment is simple and effective.There is no intake no need to talk of past experiences. lndividuals simply come in and experience the benefits of the acupuncture.
TAI QI & MEDITATION (HueLan Tracy)

Tai chi is a form of gentle martial arts that originated in ancient China. It consists of slow flowing movements combined with deep breathing and mindfulness. Tai chi has numerous benefits for physical health such as improving balance flexibility and strength as well as reducing stress and anxiety.
Meditation is a practice that involves training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. It can help reduce stress promote relaxation and enhance self-awareness and mindfulness.
Combining Tai Chi and meditation can create a powerful synergy helping you cultivate both physical and mental well-being. Whether practiced separately or together these ancient practices offer valuable tools for navigating life's challenges with grace and resilience.

Sound Baths are meditative experiences where you are immersed in the sounds of the voice and resonating instruments. Their vibrations help you create a deep sense of relaxation releasing blocked energies and restoring your energies.
Please bring a yoga mat or something to relax on and a blanket and cushion and just surrender to the sounds. You will come out feeling anew.

Justina is a certified Physiotherapist. As part of her practice she teaches Clinical Pilates. The class is a tailored programme suitable for all levels of health and fitness. Pilates improves flexibility builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. The movements are centred around core engagement and breathing techniques whilst doing performing functional strength exercises. Through these classes you can expect to improve back and joint pain strengthen your posture and develop a stronger core.

Join us for 6 weeks of seminars for parents with children struggling with anxiety. Suitable for children aged 6-16 yrs. Each week builds on the next understanding what exactly anxiety is. Using CBT based strategies on Managing/ Dealing with Avoidance to Problem Solving Skills that enable parents to coach their children.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to take their health and the health of their families into their own hands. The main aim is to understand the basics of Homeopathy and to be able to choose a remedy from a remedy kit understanding symptoms and processes of cure and knowing when to repeat a remedy if necessary.
We will learn to confidently prescribe for emotional shock, grief, trauma, accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, fevers, colds, sore throat, flu, earache, infectious childhood llnesses, food poisoning and more.

Dina is a Clinical Massage Therapist with over 23 yrs experience in helping people in chronic pain. Using a variety of techniques she can help with all kinds of pain from back pain to headaches injuries joint pain and much more. She can show you how to reduce your pain and increase range of movement using simple techniques that are tried and tested.
STRETCH & REALIGN (Layla Salha)

Stretch and realign is a wonderful class designed to help improve mobility and flexibility in our bodies. It's a gentle way to learn how to manage and prevent aches and pains through a holistic approach to the body.
These sessions are designed to help stretch tight muscles that could be affecting your posture breath and causing injuries in other areas in the body. In each session we will learn about different muscles and their connection to pressure point release to help bring more blood fluids and pulse to the area we work on.
