Hi, I’m Lorna,
I am a certified, accredited & qualified Holistic Wellbeing Therapist, Self-Care Coach, Meditation Teacher, Massage Therapist and Retreat Facilitator, with over 18 years of holistic wellness experience.
I’m the founder of Wellbeing Well YOU and co-founder of Busara Retreats - spaces dedicated to helping women, female founders, and professionals with the sacred art of slowing down, reconnecting, and prioritising their wellbeing without guilt and giving themselves permission to pause.
I’m all things self-care, rooted in the belief that rest is not indulgent, it’s restorative & essential.
After 32 years in the corporate world, I know firsthand what it’s like to serve everyone else while forgetting yourself in the process, I was that woman. I vowed that one day I’d create a space where women like me could come home to themselves. Wellbeing Well YOU is that space.
My approach is holistic, compassionate, considerate, confidential and supportive. Creating spaces for women to reflect, reset, and reclaim their balance. A nurturing place where you can bring all of yourself - no masks, no pressure, just presence and I meet you where you are at.
Through a blend of personalised self-care strategies, deep, intuitive, active listening, holistic tools, and transformative guidance, I encourage my clients to reconect with self first, as this is key to start a healing or transformative journey. Empowering them to move from stuck to thriving, from burnout to balance, from overgiving to owning their rhythm.
I work with a range of health & emotional concerns, whether you're navigating overwhelm, stress, emotional fatigue or physical discomfort, my aim is to support you in feeling more connected to yourself, feel balanced, empowered, gain clarity and with a desire to fill up your self-care cup.
Whether it’s through mindful massage, meditation, journaling, bespoke 1:1 coaching, self-care ‘Power Pause’ resets, or retreat experiences, my work gently supports women to gently restore balance back into their lives.
Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and deeply seen & heard. They reconnect with their inner calm, reclaim their worth, and begin to pour back into themselves with intention and care.

What is Holistic Wellbeing Therapy?
Holistic wellbeing therapy is an approach to healing that looks at the whole person, not just a single symptom or problem. It recognises that emotional health, physical sensations, mental patterns, relationships, and life circumstances are deeply connected.
This type of therapy supports regulation of the nervous system, emotional awareness, and reconnection with the body, while also making space for lived experience, stress, identity, and environment.
My sessions may gently explore thoughts and beliefs, but also sensations, emotions, energy, boundaries, and rest. The goal isn’t to fix or force change, it’s to create safety, clarity, and capacity so wellbeing can emerge naturally over time.
