Hi, I’m Lorna,
I am a certified, accredited & qualified Holistic Wellbeing Therapist, Self-Care Coach, Meditation Teacher, Massage Therapist and Retreat Facilitator, with over 18 years of holistic wellness experience.

I’m the founder of Wellbeing Well YOU and co-founder of Busara Retreats - spaces dedicated to helping women, female founders, and professionals with the sacred art of slowing down, reconnecting, and prioritising their wellbeing without guilt and giving themselves permission to pause.

I’m all things self-care, rooted in the belief that rest is not indulgent, it’s restorative & essential.

After 32 years in the corporate world, I know firsthand what it’s like to serve everyone else while forgetting yourself in the process, I was that woman. I vowed that one day I’d create a space where women like me could come home to themselves. Wellbeing Well YOU is that space.

My approach is holistic, compassionate, considerate, confidential and supportive. Creating spaces for women to reflect, reset, and reclaim their balance. A nurturing place where you can bring all of yourself - no masks, no pressure, just presence and I meet you where you are at.

Through a blend of personalised self-care strategies, deep, intuitive, active listening, holistic tools, and transformative guidance, I encourage my clients to reconect with self first, as this is key to start a healing or transformative journey. Empowering them to move from stuck to thriving, from burnout to balance, from overgiving to owning their rhythm.

I work with a range of health & emotional concerns, whether you're navigating overwhelm, stress, emotional fatigue or physical discomfort, my aim is to support you in feeling more connected to yourself, feel balanced, empowered, gain clarity and with a desire to fill up your self-care cup.

Whether it’s through mindful massage, meditation, journaling, bespoke 1:1 coaching, self-care ‘Power Pause’ resets, or retreat experiences, my work gently supports women to gently restore balance back into their lives.

Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and deeply seen & heard. They reconnect with their inner calm, reclaim their worth, and begin to pour back into themselves with intention and care.

Like a butterfly emerging, this is where you give yourself permission to pause. To be heard, held, and supported - so you can return to life feeling full, focused, free and grow.

What is Holistic Wellbeing Therapy?
Holistic wellbeing therapy is an approach to healing that looks at the whole person, not just a single symptom or problem. It recognises that emotional health, physical sensations, mental patterns, relationships, and life circumstances are deeply connected.

This type of therapy supports regulation of the nervous system, emotional awareness, and reconnection with the body, while also making space for lived experience, stress, identity, and environment.

My sessions may gently explore thoughts and beliefs, but also sensations, emotions, energy, boundaries, and rest. The goal isn’t to fix or force change, it’s to create safety, clarity, and capacity so wellbeing can emerge naturally over time.

Bespoke 121 Guided Meditation Sessions – £45 (60 mins)

These deeply personalised, 1:1 guided meditations are crafted around what your mind, body, and spirit need in the moment. Rooted in nervous system regulation and soulful stillness, they gently support emotional release, grounding, and reconnection. An opportunity to nurture inner peace and guide you back to you.

Group Meditation sessions - £15 (60 mins)

A soft, soulful space to pause and breathe - together.
These group meditations are a nurturing circle of stillness where you gather to gently slow down, release stress, reclaim balance to reset and reconnect with yourself. Every session is themed and guided with intention and rooted in breath, reflection, and nervous system care.


Whether you're new to meditation or returning to yourself, you’ll be met just as you are - with compassion, calm, and quiet support.

Group Meditation & Journaling sessions - £25 (60 mins)

A gentle, soul-nourishing session that invites you to slow down and come home to yourself.
We begin with a guided meditation designed to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your breath and body. Each meditation is intuitively crafted around a theme - from grounding and stillness to release and renewal.


Following the meditation, you'll be gently guided into journaling with reflective prompts that help you express what’s rising, what you’re ready to explore, or what you simply need to let out. We close in a quiet community with the option to share in a supportive circle - no pressure, just presence.
This is your space to feel heard, held, and seen - just as you are.

Mindful Massage Therapy – from £45 to £75 (30-60 mins)

These massage sessions are intuitive, deeply restorative, breath-led, and heart-centered. Each treatment is a mindful journey-  combining therapeutic touch, calming breathwork, and moments of guided stillness to support deep relaxation and emotional ease. This is where bodywork meets soul care.

Self-Care Audit: The Power Pause – £65 (90 mins)

This isn’t just a check-in - it’s a transformative turning point. In this power hour 121 audit session, you’ll be gently guided to reflect on where you're at, what’s depleting you, what do you need, where your needs are unmet, and how you can create space for yourself again. I will meet you where you are at. You’ll leave with better clarity and a practical, personalised self-care roadmap you can use every day - and a feeling of being truly seen and heard.
